Quick Raspberry Crumble

This is one of my all time favorite go-to desserts! Why? Since it is so quick to make whenever and usually I’ve these ingredients in my own freezer or my pantry. There’s nothing at all fancy about any of it but the tastes are amazing!
quickBerries will be the perfect healthy treat to fulfill your sweet teeth. These are rich in vitamin supplements, antioxidants and fibers. They contain one of the best concentrations of antioxidants of any fruits on earth.


Mixed berry

  • 1 cup mixed iced or fresh berries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • ½ cup macadamias, approximately chopped
  • ½ glass shredded coconut
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp surface cinnamon


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F.
  2. In a little saucepan over medium heat, heat berries and vanilla until frozen berries break down.
  3. Pour berry combination into 2 small ramekins.
  4. Prepare the crumble in a separate bowl by combining macadamias, coconut, vanilla, cinnamon, coconut oil and maple syrup.
  5. Pour the crumble filling evenly on the fruit. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes until the fruit juices are bubbling round the edges and the crumble is firm and browned.
