Meet Luana Torres, the girl with a passion for flying called the most gorgeous pilot.
The 27-year-old Brazilian has given up her career in the world of economics to follow her dream to manage a helicopter.
“My elder brother is a pilot on a helicopter, and I grew up listening to him talking about helicopters. He married a female pilot on a helicopter. Well, I have my brother and my sister-in-law as examples, “ Torres said.
“Before I realized that I want to be a pilot, I graduated from the economy and while I was in college, I went to a family trip to Australia where I first flew with a helicopter. From that moment on wards, I knew that my future belongs to the sky. I just got a degree, I asked for a flying school and I began to follow my dream, “ she added.
Hi guys, Some of you know and some of you don't, but I got married recently this year, to be more specific on April 17th. We were so busy with all the moving to Canada (find an apartment, sell all our things here…) that we haven't actually gone on our honeymoon yet. But recently we decided that our honeymoon will be a road trip in California. A great way to say goodbye ??♥️ We are gonna start with Mammoth Lake then Lake Tahoe then Napa Valley then San Francisco. And my question is: Do you guys have any recommendations? Any suggestions? Restaurants? Activities? Anything will be really appreciated. ?☺️☺️ . . . Hope you guys have a great day!
A curiosity about our wedding. Our ceremony was supposed to be at the Red Rock Canyon. We would fly the Robinson 44 to the mountains and do it there. However, the winds picked up and we weren't able to fly the helicopter there. So we decided to do it at this lake. And we loved it! ??? Also, the best men, bridesmaid, the photographer (@ricksa78), the minister (@chrisairaviation) and of course the bride and the groom, were all pilots! ??
Time to grab the popcorn and press play ?? . . I'm having a nostalgic moment today. After 24h living in Vancouver and being able to find so many good new places, I look back and see myself one year ago doing what I love the most in a whole different country and landscape. This video is from my very first cross country solo flight in July last year. It's hard to believe that's been almost one year of one of the best days of my life. I don't know how long is gonna take me to get back to my training (I still have to decide which flight school I'm going to attend) but I cannot wait to start flying here! . . . #gopropilots_ @gopropilots_ #pilotgopro @pilotgopro
