The New Research
In 2014, there was a group of researchers who conducted a study at the University of Alabama. The experts required a good look at whether or not breakfast is indeed the most important meal of your day. In the analysis, there were a complete of 300 individuals who were arbitrarily tasked to consume breakfast.
